Description

The F-515 Winch meets the needs of productions requiring machinery for high-speed, high-performance operations, such as performer flying acts. The F-515 Winch is a self contained, servo-driven, computer-controlled rope winch. Capable of different rope payout directions and mounting configurations including upright, underhung and facedown. The winch has the power to lift 226.80 kg (500 lbs) with a maximum speed of 4.57 m/s (15 ft/s). A 0.25 m (9.84 in) pitch diameter, helically grooved drum is positioned at the center of the winch and uses a 1/4 inch steel wire or synthetic rope and can accommodate a stroke length of up to 39.62 m (130 ft).
