Description

The TAIT Roll Drop is a truss element with an integrated motor attached to a drum. The drum can store various types of soft goods – maximum width of 2.37 m (7.78 ft) – to act as a curtain, screen, or a stage backdrop. The Roll Drop can lower and raise the soft good at a speed of 0.05 m/s (0.16 ft/s) between the top and bottom limits. The Roll Drop can be suspended from a variety of trusses and multiple roll drops can be configured to match the shape of any stage. Up to four (4) Roll Drops can be stored in a custom dolly, making the load-in and load-out processes quick and efficient.
