Ticket severity levels – TAIT Support

The incident ticket severity levels, system functionality, and user impacts are described in the following table:

Critical	System crash Instability in regular operations	Impedes works; need patch asap System cannot be used
High	Feature is broken and unusable No workaround available	One or more features or system operations are not available and users cannot complete their tasks The overall system is still operational and other features of the system are usable
Medium	Issues in operations Workaround available	Slower operation of the impacted feature The overall system is still operational and other features of the system are usable Users are aware of available workarounds for using the broken feature and achieve the desired result
Low	Minor issues	No impactMinor cosmetic issues encountered while completing certain tasks All Feltboard features are usable and functional
