Nav GUI - IO Device Simulation/Monitored Signal Drag and Drop feature.

I would like to suggest that we look into being able to drag and drop devices into the IO Device Simulation/Monitoring section of the IO.

This would speed up the process of creating the links to tell an IO device to monitor and pull in data from a external device.

The feature could work similar to how Panel Devices show you the registered devices list on a side bar and you can pull things in natively from there.
I understand that when editing an IO device the properties window is locked to the portal and it prevents the user from reaching outside for other windows. I would like to keep that to prevent the user from forgetting an that the properties window is open when switching between windows.

Having a side bar that shows you the type of device that you can monitor would be great.
So you can quickly see your axes and drag and drop whichever one you want to monitor.
