GUI Panels - Scrollbar for transportation inside the Editor window.

I would like to suggest that we look into adding a scrollbar feature to the GUI Panel Editor.
When editing larger panels, such as 1920x1080px, the only way to see the entire panel when editing is to have a screen of the same or larger resolution as the panel.

When editing Qpanels, the scrollbars are very helpful:

When editing GUI Panels the scrollbars would be of great help.
