Scale to recognize axis limitations
I recognize the complexity of adding this to cue/player stacks, but in general I think it would be good for client understanding if the scale feature on Jog, Move, and Cues was limited by the axis/axes being commanded.
If a move is setup with the axis at Max AVD, the Move Speed Scale should be limited to 100%.
I think this should be true in Nav GUI, epiQ, and panel forms (atlas, compass, polaris, etc).
