iQ properties panel: Keep item name visible at top while scrolling

I remind students that when editing axis device properties in the properties panel to always ensure they are in fact making changes to the axis device they want to. Keeping the name of the device being edited visible at the top of properties panel (a bit like the header bar of a website) would be very helpful.
