Main Navigator Window - System Messages / Logs re-ordering

I would like to ask if we can re-order the Logs in the Systems Messages pop-up window in the Main Navigator Window.
In the past we used to display the DML (Device Message Log) as the first item. Currently it is the second item.

The justification is that most of the time we use the System Messages pop-up to populate the DML.
It will also provide consistency and help with training as end users transitioning to new releases of Navigator will find the DML item in the same location.

For reference purposes, I have attached two screenshots. I believe that the change was made on release of 4.7
