Save Device Message Log Filter Settings to Workspace

When saving a workspace setting it would be good to latch on the Filter setting in the DML. I don’t know if this intended or not.For example None is very spammy with all the updates made to the play.0 device.So setting things to Warning and having it boot up like that is quite desirable.Also the size of the columns aren’t auto sizing or the size isn’t remembered by the workspace so resizing of these so they are readable is always needed.
