IQ Linked groups creation - wider system

When an axis group is created in the show repository, and then linked, it appears that the group is created on the desk/node that it is linked on.

This means that once the group has been linked it is only accessible from the node it was created on, and will not be accessible on a compass for instance unless the user goes into NAV and adds to other devices.

Ideally when a group is linked the group should appear on other devices.
