Feature request - parent/child position grouping in iQ panels

It would be very helpful to be able to associate "child" objects with "parent" objects in iQ panels. This would allow us to move just the larger parent container object and maintain the positional relationships of the children within the parent container.

  It would also be really helpful if, in addition/complement to this feature, it were possible to re-order items much like you can in Photoshop programs (Send Object to Front or Back, Move Object Back One Layer, etc.)
