Feature request - Limit Dec input by rule

More of a nav item - but is relevant to needing to work around show repository limitations currently. You are not currently able to restrict Dec values by rule, I imagine that this is because it makes stopping distances unpredictable. However it would be good to be able to rule limit user input of Dec values. 

Example being scenery which is not desired to go through harsh A/D values unless in fault, I can limit Acc by rule but not Dec; If a rule type could be added which does not limit overall axis capability in the event of fault, just limits the value which an operator can input into the Dec field.
