Steal Jog Assignments from non-iQ Interfaces

If an axis has been assigned a Jog Source in iQ, it is possible for a Navigator GUI or Embedded Navigator to steal it. However, it doesn't work the other way. iQ cannot take control of an axis if it is loaded by a non-iQ interface. The Jog Assignment must be cleared first before iQ can load it. It would be great if this clearing of assignments step was removed.
