Can users be created by an administrator within IQ? This is reliant on user level access control being added as functionality.

  Adding users within iQ is currently not supported. We recognize this would be a helpful feature. While it is not on our roadmap for this year, let's discuss more about how it should work and we can use that feedback to help define the feature.
