Updating show offsets

When the show offset needs to be updated when an axis is linked to a show repository device, this offset does not link through to the real world axis and presets. Can this be made that the show offset is treated as a constantly referenced item within the real axis?

If not easily can a warning be put into place after an update has been put on the offset when the bar is linked ("Warning this update will not reflect in real world axis until this show device has been unlinked and relinked")?

  Thanks for the the suggestion Tom. For the short-term our objective is to disable the offset button when linked to avoid confusion. Providing a more persistent approach like you suggested will need some engineering work that would need to be scheduled for the future. I can let you know when we have added the short-term fix and when we think we can look at a better long-term solution.
